What is the warranty with these products?
All our products have varying manufacturer warranty terms. Accento Italia stands behind all our craftsmanship and will consider any concern that may arise. You can have peace of mind knowing that you have highly reputable products and a design firm who believes in what they do.

What kind of lead time can I expect?
All Italian product orders must be shipped directly from Italy as nothing is stocked. Kitchen and bathroom deliveries are received in about 10-14 weeks, depending on the finish and time of order placement. Appliances and countertops are coordinated with cabinetry installation to arrive at the appropriate time.

What are the shipping costs and how do I get the goods?
Freight charges will be approximately 10-12% of your total order for ocean freight. Included in the freight charge is delivery of the goods to your home or jobsite. When your order reaches us in Chicago, we will contact you to set up a delivery appointment.

How can I get an Estimate?
We invite you to bring a rough floor plan or drawings of the project you are working on to our showroom to obtain a free estimate. We cannot give ballpark estimates or a price per linear foot as there are many variables in model, finish, and components selected. Working with a designer is the best way to learn more.

How do you charge?
For kitchen design we collect a non-refundable Retainer Fee prior to any field visits or on-site measurements, following your free estimate. That amount is then applied directly towards the cost of your cabinetry purchase. However, free construction consultations are always available, so give us a call.

Are there others in Chicago who have these products?
We are the only authorized retailers of these Italian products in the Chicago-area. However, there are many satisfied homeowners enjoying their purchases from Accento Italia all over the Midwest.

Will my kitchen be custom-made?
We consider many of these products Semi-Custom, meaning there are many standard components ready for production. Should your project require special pieces to accommodate a particular design, customization is available. Our designers are a wealth of knowledge and would be happy to find the right solutions.
