Frank Quintero- President
Frank has both witnessed and contributed to the evolution of kitchen design over the last 25 years. Always fascinated with and convinced of the need to be designing and selling kitchens that change lives, his approach to business requires both authenticity and ingenuity. Frank’s risk-taking reputation has landed him a place where he is proud of his state-of-the-art showroom and excellent employees. He personally welcomes you to come and experience the relaxed atmosphere that he has strived to create and communicate to his clients. Sustainable options are always a part of the design and product that Accento Italia represents, because of Frank’s convictions about our responsibilities to our environment and community. Darci Tee- Lead Designer
Darci has been working with Accento Italia since 2008. She has a background in residential design and a Bachelors degree in Interior Design from Harrington College. After working with a design firm at the Merchandise Mart and on the North Shore, Darci has found her niche here designing kitchen & baths. Her love for design and beautiful yet functional spaces allows her to cover a wide range of styles. Even though each client experience is very different, Darci is consistent in her timeless approach and attention to detail. Emilie Schimmel- Showroom Manager
Upon entering our showroom, you may be greeted by Emilie, offering an introduction to Accento Italia and a tour of our space. Emilie is always learning more about these products and will try to answer any questions you may have. She joins our team with a degree in French and Art History, and has management experience in the hospitality industry. So the kitchen is a familiar place for her. She helps keep the team organized, informed, and connected with both clients and our vendors. You may spot her at an industry event learning more, and if so, say hi.

Tomas Carrillo- Project Superintendent
As the original crew member from over 20 years ago, Tomas has been on Frank’s team learning and executing the technical requirements of installation and construction that are the backbone of beautiful spaces. His knowledge of the European furniture industry is great and his on-the-job adaptability and problem-solving is even greater. Tomas has a calm and reassuring demeanor with a keen attention to detail that serves him well on the field. He runs his jobs with confidence.

Daniel Tafoya- Project Superintendent
Daniel is an exceptional craftsman and a great asset to our installation team. Daniel is careful, meticulous, and patient. His finish work is practically perfect, from leveling, painting, and installing that last piece of crown molding to staining custom woodwork or replacing fixtures. He is clear in his approach and systematic in his process while working, and has been with Frank for more than 16 years.
